DESCRIPTION

The TGHLV5K00JE is a 200-watt thick film power resistor in a SOT227 package designed for direct mounting onto a heatsink. This RoHS-compliant component provides a resistance of 5kΩ with a ±5% tolerance, a power rating of 200W at 85°C, and a maximum working voltage of 500V. It features a non-inductive design and a temperature coefficient of ±250ppm. Due to its characteristics, it is ideally suited for high-frequency and pulse-load applications such as variable speed drives, power supplies, robotics, and motor controls.
