DESCRIPTION

The 970-050-030R121 is a D-Sub backshell from the 970 series, engineered for 50-position connectors. Constructed from durable die-cast zinc alloy with nickel plating, it provides effective strain relief and EMI/RFI shielding. This backshell can accommodate a maximum cable diameter of 17.00mm and is rated for an operating temperature range of -40°C to +120°C. The product is supplied as a complete kit, including two backshell halves, 4-40 thumbscrews, housing screws, a metal clamp, and a set of compression inserts for various cable sizes. It is ideal for creating robust and reliable cable assemblies in a variety of electronic applications.
