DESCRIPTION

The MICROCHIP TECH SST39VF040-70-4I-WHE is a 4 Mbit Serial Quad I/O (SQI) flash-memory device in a TSOP-32 package, manufactured with SST’s proprietary, high performance CMOS Super Flash technology. The split-gate cell design and thick-oxide tunnelling injector attain better reliability and manufacturability compared with alternate approaches. This device writes with a 2.7-3.6V power supply. It conforms to JEDEC standard pinouts for x8 memories.
