The SST39SF010A-55-4C-NHE is a 1 Mbit CMOS Multi-Purpose Flash (MPF) memory device organized as 128K x8. Manufactured with SST's SuperFlash technology, it offers a fast read access time of 55 ns and supports both read and write operations from a single 4.5-5.5V power supply. The device features uniform 4 KByte sector-erase capability, a maximum byte-program time of 20 µs, and a typical chip rewrite time of 2 seconds.
