DESCRIPTION
The SG2525ADW is a regulating pulse width modulator designed to implement switching power supplies with a lower external parts count. It operates over an input voltage range of 8V to 35V and features an on-chip +5.1V reference trimmed to ±1% accuracy, an oscillator range of 100Hz to 500kHz, and dual totem-pole output drivers. Key integrated functions include adjustable deadtime control, internal soft-start, an undervoltage lockout, and a sync terminal for synchronizing multiple units. Housed in a 16-pin wide body SOIC package, the SG2525ADW operates over an ambient temperature range of -25°C to 85°C, making it suitable for various power conversion applications.
