DESCRIPTION

The MIC2297-42YML-TR is a 600kHz PWM boost-switching regulator optimized for driving 6 to 10 series white LEDs. It operates on an input voltage range of 2.5V to 10V and features a fixed output over-voltage protection of 42V. The device implements constant frequency PWM control with a guaranteed switch current of 1.2A and a trimmed 200mV feedback voltage to optimize efficiency. Its high-frequency operation allows for smaller external components, saving board space and making it ideal for compact devices such as GPS systems, smartphones, and digital cameras.
