The MCP3561T-E/ST is a low-noise, 24-bit Delta-Sigma Analog-to-Digital Converter (ADC) featuring one differential or two single-ended input channels. It offers a programmable data rate up to 153.6 ksps, a programmable gain from 0.33x to 64x, and communicates via a 20 MHz SPI-compatible interface. The device achieves high precision with up to 23.3 bits of effective resolution, low offset error drift of 4/Gain nV/°C, and low gain error drift of 0.5 ppm/°C. Integrated features like an internal oscillator and temperature sensor reduce system component count, making it ideal for precision sensor transducers, factory automation, and portable instrumentation.
