DESCRIPTION

The MCP1318MT-29LE/OT is a voltage supervisor designed to keep a microcontroller in a reset state until the system voltage has stabilized. This device features a precise reset threshold of 2.90V and provides complementary outputs: an active-low open-drain reset with an internal pull-up resistor and an active-high push-pull reset. It incorporates a watchdog timer with a typical timeout of 1.6 seconds and asserts a reset for a typical duration of 200 ms. With its low typical supply current of 1 µA and wide operating voltage range, this supervisor ensures reliable system operation and protection against brown-out conditions in power-sensitive applications.
