The KSZ9897RTXI from Microchip Technology is 7-port Gigabit ethernet switch with two MII, RMII, RGMII interfaces and five ports with integrated 10/100/1000BASE-T PHY transceivers. This ethernet switch can operate at 1.8/2.5/3.3V supply voltage. Operating temperature range is from -40°C to 85°C.
