DESCRIPTION

The MCGEX-M25 is an explosion-proof cable gland designed for securing cables in potentially explosive areas. It features an M25 x 1.5 metric thread and accommodates a cable diameter range of 11 to 16 mm, requiring a 25.2 mm mounting hole. Constructed from nickel-plated brass with a neoprene sealing insert and a BUNA-N O-ring, it provides excellent strain relief and is rated IP68 for dust and water ingress protection. This gland operates in ambient temperatures from -25Â°C to +80Â°C. Certified for EExd e II-increased safety, it is ideal for applications requiring robust and reliable cable entry in hazardous locations according to EN 50014 and EN 50019.
