DESCRIPTION

The PSR-28N08A-JQ is a compact piezoelectric speaker manufactured by Mallory Sonalert Products Inc., designed for audio signaling and alert applications. It features an 8 O voice coil impedance (±15% at 800 Hz / 1.0 V), a rated input power of 0.25 W with a maximum input of 0.5 W, and a lowest resonance frequency of 700 Hz (±20%). The speaker delivers an output sound pressure level of 89 dB (±3 dB) at 1 W, 1 M across multiple frequencies (1 kHz, 1.2 kHz, 1.5 kHz, and 8 kHz), with a frequency range extending from 700 Hz to 8000 Hz. It employs a ferrite magnet (Ø 9.5 × 1.5 mm), mylar core material, and a metal frame, operating reliably across -25 °C to +50 °C.
