DESCRIPTION

The SML-LX0603SUGW-TR is a 1.6 mm × 0.8 mm PCB chip surface-mount LED featuring a 574 nm super ultra green emission with a milky white diffused epoxy lens. It operates at a forward voltage of 2.0 V typical (2.4 V maximum) with a reverse voltage rating of 5.0 V, and delivers an axial intensity of 71.5 mcd at 20 mA forward current with a wide 140° viewing angle. The device is rated for a peak forward current of 100 mA, steady-state current of 30 mA, and power dissipation of 72 mW at 25 °C, with a derating factor of -1.2 mW/°C. It operates reliably across -30 °C to +80 °C and can be stored from -40 °C to +85 °C. This compact, lead-free surface-mount LED is ideal for status indicators, backlighting, and display applications in consumer electronics, industrial equipment, and portable devices where space and power efficiency are critical.
