DESCRIPTION

The CMB-153-11C3N-B-A is a miniature thermal circuit breaker from Carling Technologies' push-to-reset family, designed to provide cost-effective and reliable overcurrent protection for a wide range of equipment applications. This single-pole breaker is rated at 15 amps with a voltage rating of 125/250 VAC and 32 VDC maximum, offering 1,000 AIC at 250 VAC and 2,500 AIC at 32 VDC. The device features a consistent trip point over an operating temperature range of -10°C to +60°C, with time-delay characteristics that provide no trip at 100% rated current, trip within 1 hour at 135% overload, and progressively faster trip times at higher overload levels (4.0–40 seconds at 200%, 0.9–8.0 seconds at 300%, and 0.01–1.8 seconds at 600%). The M11 mounting hole configuration with Type C plastic bushing and Type N mounting nut (none) makes it suitable for integration into household appliances, power strips, marine equipment, medical devices, and audio-visual systems.
