KSC641G is a sealed tactile switch designed for surface mount technology (SMT) applications with a compact 6.2 x 6.2 mm footprint and 7.7 mm height featuring a hard actuator. The switch operates as a momentary action device with SPST (single pole, single throw) normally open contact arrangement, offering an operating force of 3.4 ± 0.85 Newtons and a travel distance of 0.4 ± 0.2 mm. It provides IP67 sealing protection, dielectric strength of =250 Vrms, and an operating life of 300,000 cycles, with electrical ratings up to 32 VDC and 50 mA (silver contact) or 10 mA (gold contact). The KSC641G is ideal for industrial electronics, consumer products, automotive, transportation, and medical applications where reliable tactile feedback and environmental protection are required.
