DESCRIPTION

131-8701-206 is a vertical PC mount jack assembly designed for RF connector applications. The connector features a brass body with nickel plating (0.0001 inch minimum over copper plating 0.00005 inch minimum) and beryllium copper contacts with cold plating, nickel plating, and copper plating specifications. It operates at 75-ohm impedance across a frequency range of 0 to 2 GHz with a maximum working voltage of 335 VRMS at sea level and dielectric withstanding voltage of 1000 VRMS minimum. The assembly includes a Teflon insulator and is designed for vertical mounting on printed circuit boards with specified mounting hole layouts. This connector is suitable for RF signal transmission in communication systems, test equipment, and instrumentation requiring reliable high-frequency connections with low contact resistance and excellent durability over 500 mating cycles.
