DESCRIPTION

The 108-1084-001 is an insulated stacking single-type banana plug designed for test equipment and power supply applications. It features a brass plug body per QQ-B-626D with a nickel silver spring per QQ-C-585, nickel finish, and a nylon 6/6 insulated handle per ASTM D4066 in green color. The plug is rated for 15 amps continuous current with a maximum contact resistance of 0.010 ohms and a breakdown voltage of 3500 Vrms minimum. Key design features include built-in strain relief for extended service life, a solder stud that accepts up to 16 gauge wire, and the ability to accept standard banana plugs from the rear for stacking applications. The nylon handle is UL approved for self-extinguishing properties, making it suitable for safe operation in laboratory and industrial test environments.
