DESCRIPTION

MDM-31PCBRM7TL58 is a 31-contact Micro-D PCB connector designed for high-density, high-reliability board-to-board, board-to-cable, and cable-to-cable applications. It features a metal shell with pin (plug) contacts, right-angle board mount termination (CBR type), and M7 mil-spec jackpost mounting hardware with threaded inserts for secure PCB attachment. The connector utilizes Liquid Crystal Polymer (LCP) insulator material and offers 0.050" contact spacing with standard #24 AWG gold-plated solid lead terminations. Key electrical specifications include dielectric withstanding voltage of 600 VAC at sea level, insulation resistance of 5,000 megohms minimum, and contact resistance of 8 milliohms maximum at 3 amps. This connector is ideal for flex circuitry, flat cable, and printed circuit board applications requiring robust environmental performance including thermal shock from -55°C to +125°C and vibration resistance up to 20 G's.
