DESCRIPTION
The 111430-0685 is a D38999-Style Series III connector designed for demanding military and aerospace applications requiring high reliability and performance in harsh environments. It features high contact density, wire sealing grommets, and superior EMI shielding providing protection up to 65 dB at 10 GHz, along with rear release crimp snap-in contacts and an interfacial seal that inhibits electrolytic erosion. The connector operates across a temperature range of -65°C to +200°C with a maximum voltage rating of 1000–2300 VAC and maximum current of 1.5–23.0 Amps, supporting up to 500 mating cycles. Available in multiple service classes (F, G, and W) with salt spray resistance up to 500 hours, this connector is ideal for military vehicles, defense electronics, commercial and military aircraft, tactical communications, and avionics systems.
