DESCRIPTION

M83513/03-A03C is a Micro-D metal shell connector featuring 0.050" (1.27 mm) contact spacing and size 24 MICROPIN/MICROSOCKET contacts designed for highly reliable, lightweight microminiature applications. The connector employs aluminum shells to provide greater strength, electromagnetic (EMI) and RFI shielding, and incorporates a silicone elastomer compression interfacial seal to provide moisture and humidity protection between each contact. The connector accommodates multiple shell sizes (9 to 100 contacts) with special arrangements available for power and coaxial contacts, and features a maximum axial float of 0.040" (1.02 mm) for flexible mounting. This design is ideal for aerospace, military, and industrial applications requiring environmental sealing, high contact density, and rugged performance in demanding conditions.
