DESCRIPTION

111631-0001 is a high-reliability D Sub connector from the GD series designed for moisture protection applications. It features a 50-pin contact arrangement with crimp termination and gold over nickel contact finish for optimal conductivity. The connector supports a current rating of 7.5 A max, dielectric withstanding voltage of 1000 VAC at sea level, and operates over a wide temperature range of -65°C to +150°C. The shell is constructed from low carbon steel with yellow chromate over cadmium finish, while the insulator is made of thermoplastic PCT UL 94V-0 rated material. This connector is ideal for demanding applications requiring reliable electrical connections in harsh environments with excellent corrosion resistance demonstrated by 48-hour salt spray testing.
