DESCRIPTION
The CHP11002200F is a cylindrical high-power surface mount metal glaze resistor designed for demanding applications requiring high voltage and power dissipation. This CHP 1 series device delivers 1 W at 70°C with a maximum voltage rating of 700 V and working voltage of 350 V, supporting resistance values from 0.1 ohm to 2.21 megohm with tolerance options of ±0.25%, ±0.5%, ±1%, ±2%, or ±5% and temperature coefficient of ±50 or ±100 ppm/°C. The resistor features a metal glaze thick-film element fired at 1000°C to solid ceramic with a high-temperature dielectric coating and solder-over-nickel barrier, mounted in a 2512 industry footprint (6.38 × 2.01 mm) with lead-free termination. It operates reliably from -65°C to +150°C, meets AEC-Q200 automotive qualification, and is RoHS-compliant, making it ideal for automotive, industrial power electronics, and high-reliability applications where thermal stability and voltage withstand are critical.
