DESCRIPTION

The HW-CB2C is a contact block mounting adaptor designed for IDEC's HW Series 22mm IEC style global pushbuttons and pilot devices. This adaptor is used to mount contact blocks to the operator, enabling the assembly of complete switch units by connecting various contact block configurations (Standard Fingersafe IP20, Spring-Up Terminal, Exposed Screw Terminal, or Dummy Block) to the pushbutton operator. The adaptor supports mounting of the first pair of contact blocks and is engineered for reliable operation in industrial control applications. IDEC strongly recommends using the safety lever lock (HW9Z-LS) in conjunction with this adaptor to prevent heavy vibration or inadvertent unlocking by maintenance personnel. This component is essential for building customized switch assemblies that meet diverse control and safety requirements across global markets.
