DESCRIPTION

The BNE75W is a large-capacity screw terminal block designed for high-current industrial applications requiring robust electrical connections. It features a rated current of 80A (UL/CSA) / 94A (EN) / 94A (JIS) at 600V / 660V / 1000V respectively, with an M6 stud terminal and support for wire sizes from 16 to 4 AWG (22 mm² per EN/JIS standards). The terminal block is molded from UL94V-0 flame-retardant material with excellent shock resistance and can be mounted on both 35-mm-wide DIN rails and 30-mm-wide IEC type C rails. It complies with JIS C 8201-7-1 and is UL recognized, CSA certified, and TÜV approved (EN compliant). The device operates across -25°C to +55°C with a dielectric strength of 2500V AC (1 minute) and minimum insulation resistance of 100 MO, making it suitable for power distribution, motor control, and industrial automation systems.
