DESCRIPTION

The HDRA-EC68LMDT+ is a 0.8 mm spacing 68-position right-angle male connector designed for high-density interconnect applications. It features 68 phosphor bronze contacts with gold plating (0.76 µm minimum on contact area, 0.05 µm on terminal area) over nickel underplate, ensuring reliable electrical performance and corrosion resistance. The connector is constructed with a PPS bracket (UL94V-0 black), a PAST insulator (UL94V-0 black), a steel shell with nickel plating, and a phosphor bronze hold-down mechanism. The PCB layout accommodates M2×0.4 mounting with through-hole plated pads and drill holes ranging from Ø0.7 mm to Ø2.25 mm, providing robust mechanical retention and electrical connection.
