DESCRIPTION
Hall effect sensors are triggered by a magnetic field and operate as analog transducers and return a voltage directly. These sensors vary their output voltage in response to a magnetic field. This Honeywell hall effect sensor is used in a variety of industrial and medical applications like door or lid closure detection, speed and RPM sensing in fitness equipment, printer head position sensing, displacement sensor in hospital beds and medical equipment and medication bin monitor on portable drug carts.
SS341RT Hall Effect Sensor from Honeywell has compact design with automated component placement which reduces manufacturing costs. It features a low voltage 3 V capability which helps to reduce power consumption. This bipolar sensor also has built-in reverse polarity protection and thermally balanced integrated circuit.
