DESCRIPTION

A Snap Action Switch is a type of momentary contact micro switch which operates at rapid speed as it takes very little force or stimulus to operate. Snap action switches are highly sensitive switches that respond to very small movements and can rapidly change from one contact position to the other. The AS tandem basic switch series contains two standard basic switches ganged together and actuated by a single actuator and are therefore mostly used in boiler controls and just about anywhere two circuits need to be controlled by one actuator.

Honeywell 6AS36 Snap Action Switch contains two standard basic switches ganged together and actuated by a single actuator. It comes with a variety of actuators.
