DESCRIPTION
The 156-02700 is a two-piece cable tie and clip assembly used for routing bundles by securing them to the edge of a plastic or metal sheet. This assembly features an outside-serrated cable tie to reduce bundle chafing and a separate clip mount that can slide along the strap for proper orientation. It accommodates bundle diameters from 1.0 mm to 45.0 mm and fastens to panels with a thickness of 6.0 mm to 8.0 mm. Constructed from heat-stabilized and high-impact modified Polyamide 6.6, it has an operating temperature range of -40°C to +105°C. The clip-on design, featuring an integrated metal clamp for high extraction force, eliminates the need for a mounting hole, making it ideal for various assembly environments.
