DESCRIPTION
The 156-00057 is a two-piece cable tie and fir tree mount assembly used for fastening cable bundles. This 6.0-inch long tie accommodates bundle diameters from 0.16 to 1.38 inches and has a minimum tensile strength of 50 lbs. The fir tree mount is engineered for low insertion effort and high extraction force, fitting into panel holes from 0.26 to 0.28 inches in diameter and panel thicknesses from 0.03 to 0.28 inches. Made from heat-stabilized Polyamide 6.6, it operates in temperatures from -40°C to +105°C, and its disc feature provides anti-vibration benefits, making it ideal for secure fastening in various applications.
