DESCRIPTION

The 111-00659 is a T18R series cable tie designed for securing wire and cable bundles in demanding environments. Constructed from blue ETFE material, it offers a minimum tensile strength of 18 lbs and can accommodate bundle diameters from 0.2 inches to 0.87 inches. It features inside serrations for a positive hold, a low-insertion-force head, and a bent tail for quick, simple installation. This tie provides excellent resistance to chemicals, radiation, and UV exposure, and it operates across a wide temperature range of -80°C to +170°C. Its UL 94 V-0 flammability rating and suitability for low outgassing applications make it ideal for use in aerospace, electronics, and other high-performance sectors.
