DESCRIPTION
The M80-5T10222M2-02-331-02-33 is a 2mm pitch rectangular connector from the M80 Datamate series, featuring a fully shrouded unsealed design with replaceable contacts for flexible interconnection applications. The connector supports both signal and power contacts with operating temperatures from -55°C to +125°C and environmental classification of 55/125/56 days at 95% relative humidity. Signal contacts offer 50O impedance with a frequency range up to 6 GHz, 180V AC at 500mA voltage rating, and 1,000V ACrms voltage proof, while power contacts are rated for 800V DC or AC peak working voltage with 1,200V DC or AC peak voltage proof and contact resistance of 6mO maximum. The connector exhibits excellent mechanical durability with 500 operation cycles, insertion force up to 20.0N per contact for signal contacts, and 1.30mm minimum contact wipe. This connector is ideal for demanding applications in aerospace, industrial, and telecommunications equipment requiring reliable high-frequency or high-power signal transmission with environmental robustness.
