DESCRIPTION

The 1590EFL is a rugged diecast aluminum enclosure from the 1590 series, designed to house electronic instruments. It features a natural vibra finish and has external dimensions of 188 x 120 x 82 mm. The design incorporates a flanged lid, making it suitable for wall-mounting applications. Its lap joint construction offers protection against dust and splashing water, designed to meet IP54 standards, and also provides improved EMI/RFI shielding. The enclosure has a low side wall draft angle of 2Â° or less to facilitate easy PC board mounting. This tough, easy-to-machine enclosure is ideal for various electronic projects where surface mounting is required.
