DESCRIPTION
M3786/4-5096 is a military-qualified multi-deck rotary switch manufactured by Grayhill, designed for rugged applications requiring reliable switching operation. The switch features a 1-inch diameter with 1-amp rated capacity and is available in Series 42, 43, 44, and 54 configurations, supporting multiple deck options and various angles of throw (30°, 36°, 45°, 60°, and 90°). It is qualified to MIL-DTL-3786/4 specifications with unsealed styles rated for -65°C to 85°C and sealed styles (HS, HBS, HGS, HBGS) rated for -65°C to 125°C, featuring electrical ratings including 250 mA at 28 Vdc resistive and 75 mA at 115 Vac resistive. The switch incorporates a 3/8-32 UNEF-2A thread bushing with integral assembly nut, non-turn tab, and keyway design for secure panel mounting.
