DESCRIPTION

The 84LS-AC2-112-N is a sealed, low-profile keypad from Grayhill's Series 84LS, featuring a 3x4 button configuration with waterproof silicone rubber construction and standard numeric legend (1-9, 0, *, #). The keypad incorporates audible and tactile contacts with low contact resistance, rated for 3,000,000 operations per button, and offers optional RFI/EMI shielding with aluminum foil. Key materials include copper alloy CDA 725 terminal pins, FR-4 glass cloth epoxy PC board, polyester dome retainer, and phosphor bronze mounting studs. The device operates at 24 Vdc with a maximum contact bounce of 4 milliseconds at make and 10 milliseconds at break, with a minimum push-out force of 5 pounds per pin. This keypad is ideal for industrial control panels, telecommunications equipment, and sealed enclosure applications where waterproofing and customizable legends are required.
