DESCRIPTION

GXL14C2AB is a 350+ ampere, 12–800 Vdc hermetically sealed DC latching contactor featuring GIGAVAC's rugged EPIC seal rated to 175°C for advanced switching applications. The contactor incorporates a main contact arrangement of SPST-NO (Form X) with optional auxiliary contacts rated at 2A, 24 Vdc, and achieves 1,000,000 mechanical life cycles with a maximum contact resistance of 0.4 mohms. It is designed to meet UL1604 for Class I & II Division 2 and Class III hazardous locations, IP67 for temporary water immersion, IP69K for pressure washing, and includes internal Dolite coil suppression for DC coils. The device operates over an ambient temperature range of -55°C to +85°C, features stainless steel hardware for corrosion resistance, and can be mounted in any position. Applications include battery management systems, renewable energy systems, electric vehicle power distribution, and industrial switching where hermetic sealing and high current capacity are essential.
