DESCRIPTION

The GV122BAX is a 200+ amp 100 VDC contactor designed for demanding power switching applications in hazardous and marine environments. It features a hermetically sealed design meeting UL1604 (Class I & II, Div 2 and Class III), IP67 for temporary water immersion, SAE J1171 external ignition protection, and ISO8846 flammable gas ignition protection standards. The contactor incorporates built-in TVS coil suppression for all DC coils, stainless steel hardware with brass mounting inserts for corrosion resistance, and offers flexible mounting options (upright, side, or PCB mount). With a rated voltage of 100 VDC, contact arrangement of SPST-NO main contacts and optional SPST-NO/SPST-NC auxiliary contacts, the device delivers 1,000,000 mechanical life cycles and maximum contact resistance of 0.4 mO. Its position-insensitive design, combined with robust environmental sealing and compliance with CE standards, makes it ideal for marine propulsion systems, renewable energy applications, and industrial power distribution where reliability and corrosion resistance are critical.
