DESCRIPTION

FLS-110-EK-1244 is a complete evaluation kit designed for rapid prototyping and testing of the FLS110 miniature gas flow sensor. The kit includes a USB-I2C adapter, ribbon cable assembly, and an FLS110 sensor module pre-mounted in a viscous bypass fluidic fixture with integrated flow pressure sensing capability. The fixture is rated for a nominal flow range of 500 slm and features 25 mm port outer diameter connections, with envelope dimensions of 225 × 30 × 37 mm. The kit operates with Windows 10 GUI software for real-time data acquisition and calibration, supporting continuous readings at 20 Hz update rate with three-point system calibration capability. The fluidic fixture is 3D-printed in Accura Xtreme grey material suitable for temperatures from 0°C to +50°C, and includes O-ring sealed ports for reliable gas flow measurement. This evaluation kit enables engineers to quickly validate FLS110 flow sensing solutions in high-flow applications requiring both flow rate and differential pressure measurements.
