DESCRIPTION
FLS-110-EK-1243 is a complete evaluation kit designed for rapid prototyping and testing of the FLS110 miniature gas flow sensor. The kit includes a USB-I2C bus adapter, ribbon cable assembly, and an FLS110 sensor module mounted in a viscous bypass fluidic fixture with integrated flow pressure sensing capability. The fixture is 3D-printed in Accura Xtreme grey material with dimensions of 205 × 26 × 33 mm and features 25 mm port outer diameter, rated for a nominal flow range of 250 slm with corresponding pressure drop measurements up to 500 Pa. The kit operates with firmware version 6.0.1 and provides a continuous update rate of 20 Hz, enabling real-time flow and pressure monitoring through a Windows 10 GUI available from the Flusso website. This evaluation kit is ideal for engineers and developers who need to validate FLS110 flow sensing solutions in applications requiring high-flow-rate measurement with simultaneous pressure monitoring.
