DESCRIPTION

FLS-110-EK-1240 is a complete evaluation kit designed for rapid prototyping and testing of the FLS110 miniature gas flow sensor with flow pressure measurement capability. The kit includes a USB-I2C adapter, ribbon cable assembly, and an FLS110 sensor module pre-assembled and tested in a viscous bypass fluidic fixture with a nominal flow range of 50 slm. The fixture features a 13 mm port outer diameter and dimensions of 133 × 23 × 27 mm, with the sensor module providing continuous readings at an update rate of 20 Hz and supporting three-point system calibration. The kit comes with a Windows 10 GUI for easy operation and configuration, enabling users to quickly evaluate flow sensing solutions and perform temperature and flow offset calibration without requiring extensive hardware integration work.
