DESCRIPTION

The BT510 is a basic battery analyzer from Fluke's 500 Series designed for maintenance, troubleshooting, and performance testing of individual stationary batteries and battery banks used in critical backup applications. It measures internal battery resistance (3 mO to 3000 mO range with 0.001 mO to 1 mO resolution), DC voltage (6 V to 1000 V range), AC voltage (600 V range), AC voltage ripple (600 mV to 6000 mV range), frequency (up to 500 Hz), and supports temperature measurement with compatible test probes. The instrument features automatic or manual sequence testing mode for battery strings with automatic measurement storage, comprehensive data logging with up to 999 records per measurement position with timestamps, and operates on a 7.4 V 3000 mAh lithium-ion battery for more than eight hours of continuous operation. The BT510 provides an intuitive user interface, compact design, and rugged construction suitable for field testing and analysis of battery performance in critical power backup systems.
