DESCRIPTION

The A70QS50-14F is a 50A Amp-Trap® French cylindrical semiconductor fuse that provides high-speed short-circuit protection. It is rated for 690VAC and 700VDC, with high interrupting ratings of 200kA AC and 100kA DC. This 14x51mm fuse features a very low melting I²t of 280 A²s, a maximum clearing I²t of 1500 A²s at 700VAC, and a power loss of 11.6W at its rated current. With its aR characteristic and superior cycling ability, it is ideal for protecting small inverters, UPS systems, and motor drives.
