DESCRIPTION
ERTD2A101B is a glass-coated RTD element designed for precision temperature measurement applications. The sensor features a 0.0079" nominal diameter platinum-clad nickel lead wire construction with a ceramic substrate and glass coating for protection and stability. Key technical characteristics include a resistance of 100 O ± 0.06% at 0°C, accuracy of ± 0.15°C at 0°C (IEC 60751 F 0.15 accuracy class), and a temperature coefficient of resistance (TCR) of 3,850 ppm/°C. The element operates over an extended temperature range from -200°C to +600°C with a thermal time constant of 5.4 seconds nominal in air at 1 m/second, a dissipation constant of 3.6 mW/°C nominal in air, and a maximum recommended applied current of 1 mA. This RTD element is ideal for industrial temperature sensing, process control, and high-temperature measurement applications where precision and wide temperature range capability are essential.
