DESCRIPTION

The 197610G is a 2-pole repeating thumbwheel switch marked 0-1 with 10 switching positions, part of EECO's 1976 Series. This switch features a compact 0.350" width design to save valuable front panel space, with a minimum mechanical life of 1,000,000 detents at 10 mA and 5 VDC at +25°C. The switch operates with a tangential operating force of 5-16 Oz. and supports a maximum switching load of 125 mA at 28 VDC or 115 VAC, with initial contact resistance of 100 mO maximum. The 197610G is constructed with polycarbonate housing per Federal Spec LP-393A, glass epoxy circuit disc, and gold over nickel plating on contacts, operating reliably across -20°C to +75°C. This switch is ideal for applications requiring repeating binary output codes, panel-mounted control interfaces, and systems where space efficiency and proven reliability are essential.
