DESCRIPTION

The 177656GD is a 1 Pole thumbwheel switch from EECO's 1776 Series with a D02 complement output code and separate common terminal for non-true bits, offering 10 switching positions. This switch features a standard 0.500" width and delivers proven reliability with a minimum life of 1,000,000 detents at 10 mA and 5 VDC at +25°C. The switch operates with a tangential operating force of 6-18 Oz. and maintains contact resistance of 100 mO maximum initially and 200 mO maximum after life, with a maximum switching load of 125 mA at 28 VDC or 115 VAC. The 177656GD is constructed with polycarbonate housing, glass epoxy circuit disc, and gold over nickel plated contacts and terminals, operating reliably across -20°C to +75°C. This switch is ideal for industrial control panels, instrumentation, and data entry applications requiring decimal output encoding with complement functionality.
