DESCRIPTION

TV1860-3R0107-R is a 100 F cylindrical supercapacitor designed for high reliability energy storage utilizing electrochemical double layer capacitor (EDLC) construction. It features a maximum working voltage of 3.0 V, surge voltage of 3.3 V, and an ultra-low maximum initial ESR of 0.011 O for high power density. The device offers 125 mWh stored energy, 205 W peak power, and supports pulse currents up to 71 A with continuous current capability of 11.7 A. Operating over a temperature range of -40 °C to +65 °C (extended to +85 °C with voltage derating), this supercapacitor is UL recognized and compliant with RoHS and REACH standards. Common applications include smart meters, RF radio pulse power, storage servers, industrial backup/ride through, and solar capture systems.
