DESCRIPTION
The LPS-RK-30SP is a Class RK1 dual-element, time-delay fuse designed for ultimate protection in electrical circuits. It is rated for 600 Vac and 300 Vdc operation with a 30A current rating and provides a 300 kA Vac RMS symmetrical interrupting rating (100 kA DC), delivering current-limiting protection that safeguards downstream components against thermal and magnetic effects of short-circuit currents. The fuse features a minimum 10-second time-delay at 500% of rated current, enabling selective coordination and allowing 130% FLA sizing for backup motor protection. It is UL Listed (File No. JDDZ.E4273) and CSA Certified to standards UL 248-12 and CSA C22.2 No. 248.12, making it suitable for feeder and branch circuits, motors, transformers, solenoids, and general-purpose applications where reliable, coordinated protection is essential.
