DESCRIPTION

The TL3301BF500QG is a tactile pushbutton switch from the TL3301 series designed for surface-mount applications requiring reliable momentary contact switching. It features a 6mm x 6mm package footprint with a 0.25mm travel distance and single pole single throw (SPST) contact arrangement, offering multiple actuator height options (4.3mm to 13.0mm) to accommodate various design requirements. The switch is rated for 50mA at 12VDC with a contact resistance of 100mO maximum and an electrical life of 100,000 cycles, while maintaining insulation resistance of 100MO minimum at 500VDC and dielectric strength of 250VAC for 1 minute. Operating across a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C with selectable actuation forces of 100gf, 160gf, or 260gf, this switch is well-suited for consumer electronics, computer peripherals, instrumentation, telecommunications, and medical device applications where compact, durable tactile feedback is essential.
