DESCRIPTION

The DBI25-18A is a three-phase diode bridge rectifier designed for high-voltage industrial power rectification applications. It features six diodes in bridge configuration with a maximum alternating input voltage of 1000 V RMS, a repetitive peak reverse voltage rating of 1800 V, and a surge peak reverse voltage of 1900 V. The device delivers a continuous output current of 40 A at 85°C case temperature and 25 A at 115°C, with a forward voltage drop below 1.05 V at 12.5 A. The DBI25-18A is UL recognized (File E175067), offers large clearance and creepage distances, and features an isolated case with single screw assembly for easy mounting. It is commonly used in 50/60 Hz three-phase mains rectification for power supplies, drive inverters, battery chargers, and HVAC devices, providing reliable performance in commercial-grade industrial applications.
