DESCRIPTION

The 596-2429-013F is a 1.6mm bi-level prism yellow LED assembly designed for low-current 2mA operation. This surface-mount LED features a silicone lens dome with a dominant wavelength range of 580–595 nm and a luminous intensity of 5.0 mcd at 10 mA. The device operates with a forward voltage of 1.7–2.2V at 2mA and includes a viewing angle of 30 degrees at 50% intensity. The assembly is mounted on a 13-inch reel with 500 pieces per reel, meeting MSL (Moisture Sensitivity Level) requirements for dry-pack packaging. This low-current LED is ideal for applications requiring reduced power consumption, such as indicator lights, status displays, and portable electronic devices where battery life is critical.
