DESCRIPTION

The 596-2020-013F is a 1.6mm bi-level prism red LED assembly designed for low-current applications at 2mA operation. This surface-mount LED features a silicone lens dome with a dominant wavelength of 630nm and luminous intensity of 6.0 mcd at 10mA. The device exhibits a forward voltage of 1.8V typical at 2mA and a viewing angle of 30 degrees at 50% intensity. The assembly is packaged on a 13-inch reel with 500 pieces per reel, featuring front and rear terminals within 0.005 inches copplanarity. This LED is ideal for indicator applications, status displays, and low-power signaling circuits where compact size and reduced current consumption are essential.
