TP04G-AS2 is a waterproof industrial terminal panel designed for human-machine interface applications in manufacturing and automation environments. It features a 128×64 point STN-LCD monochromatic display with 72 mm (W) × 40 mm (H) viewing area, capable of displaying up to 8×4 Chinese characters maximum, and supports multilingual text including ASCII, Traditional Chinese (BIG 5), and Simplified Chinese (GB2324-80) fonts. The unit operates on 24V DC input power at 3.5W maximum consumption and includes dual communication ports: RS-232 (COM1) and RS-485/RS-422 (COM2), both supporting transmission speeds from 9600 bps to 115200 bps. Built-in features include 256 KB flash memory for program storage, 32 KB system RAM, a real-time clock (RTC) with CR2030 lithium battery backup (1200-hour battery life), and status indication LEDs for alarm, RS-232, and RS-485/RS-422 communication. The panel achieves IP65/NEMA4/UL Type 4 waterproof rating for indoor use, operates reliably across 0–50°C ambient temperature with 20–90% relative humidity (non-condensing), and withstands vibration up to 1.0G (10–150 Hz) and shock up to 15G (11 ms).
